Skilled operators assemble each piece according to approved patterns, construction specifications, and quality requirements to achieve a clean fit, durable seams, and consistent finishing.
We handle stitching for OEM, ODM, and Private Label sportswear and apparel, including jerseys, tracksuits, hoodies, training wear, compression garments, and custom uniforms. Different seam types and machine settings are selected according to fabric stretch, garment function, and performance requirements.
Throughout production, our team checks seam alignment, stitch density, panel matching, reinforcement points, trims, zippers, cuffs, collars, and other construction details. This ensures consistency across samples and bulk orders before garments move to the quality control stage.
