These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Revenco Industries website and to enquiries, quotations, samples, custom manufacturing projects, and orders placed with us.
1. Quotations
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer, including:
- Product specifications
- Quantity
- Fabric
- Sizes
- Branding
- Printing
- Embroidery
- Packaging
- Shipping requirements
Prices may change if specifications, quantities, materials, designs, or delivery requirements change.
2. MOQ
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Fabric
- Customization method
- Color
- Design
- Packaging
- Production requirements
Final MOQ will be confirmed during quotation.
3. OEM, ODM & Private Label Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving product specifications, artwork, logos, sizes, colors, samples, and other details before bulk production.
Production will follow the approved requirements as closely as reasonably possible.
4. Sampling
Sample charges, development charges, tooling costs, printing setup fees, or shipping costs may apply depending on the project.
Sample approval may be required before bulk production begins.
5. Color & Material Variations
Minor variations may occur between:
- Digital screens and physical colors
- Different fabric batches
- Printed samples and bulk production
- Dye lots
- Material textures
Such reasonable manufacturing variations are not automatically considered defects.
6. Custom Artwork & Logos
The customer confirms that they have the right to use any:
- Logos
- Brand names
- Artwork
- Designs
- Trademarks
- Graphics
submitted for production.
Revenco Industries is not responsible for third-party intellectual-property claims arising from customer-supplied materials.
7. Production Time
Production timelines are estimates and may depend on:
- Sample approval
- Material availability
- Quantity
- Customization
- Production capacity
- Public holidays
- Shipping arrangements
Production schedules may change due to circumstances outside reasonable control.
8. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed in the quotation, invoice, or order agreement.
Production may not begin until the required payment or deposit has been received.
9. Order Changes
Changes requested after sampling, approval, or production has started may result in:
- Additional charges
- Revised MOQ
- Production delays
- New sampling requirements
10. Quality Control
Products are inspected during production and before dispatch according to our quality-control procedures.
Customers should inspect received goods promptly and report any genuine manufacturing issue within the agreed claim period.
11. Shipping
International and domestic shipping timelines are estimates.
Delays caused by:
- Customs
- Courier companies
- Freight carriers
- Weather
- Government restrictions
- Port delays
- Incorrect customer information
may be outside our control.
12. Customs & Import Charges
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Local charges
- Clearance fees
- Destination-country requirements
13. Custom Orders & Returns
Because most products are custom manufactured, personalized, branded, or made to customer specifications, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned after production has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Website Information
We aim to keep website information accurate, but product images, specifications, descriptions, and manufacturing information may be updated without notice.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revenco Industries will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, customer-supplied information, third-party services, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
